This is a sweet moment with Joanne Rogers meeting fans of her husband. On Friday, July 11th, Joanne Rogers visited to statue on the north shore of Pittsburgh of her late husband, Fred Rogers, to see the restoration work performed by Art Conservationist Rhonda Wozniak.
