Mister Rogers feeds the goat that Mr. McFeely brings for a visit. He wonders if it’s true that goats eat all kinds of garbage, but Mr. McFeely says that’s a myth. In fact, they’re particular about what they eat. The Neighborhood of Make-Believe's garbage problem is solved with the cooperation of many people, especially Old Goat, by dividing the garbage and recycling it. Mister Rogers recycles, too, making a puppet show using boxes and materials that would have been thrown away.
